Focal Communications was founded in 1994 by Mr Henri Pereira who has more than 27 years experience in the telecommunication industry in particular PABX's, Call Centres, conference phones and headsets. We are proud to represent international brands such as Polycom and Plantronics in Southern Africa.
Focal Communications works very closely with many manufacturers to develop and customise solutions designed to meet the specific requirements of our customers.
We are passionate about delivering high levels of customer service and will do everything in our power to come up with workable and affordable telecommunication solutions for our customers.
We are the sole-importer of our popular Etel range of telephones for hotels, office and call centre use.
