Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in South Africa. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped by air.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kg.

 

Returns Policy

All our products are supplied new and in good working order. In the unlikely event that a product is defective on arrival, immediately notify us in writing (to sales&focalcom.co.za) within 5 working days to arrange for a return of the defective item for evaluation. We will undertake to inspect the item within 48 hours of receipt. If found to be a manufacturer related defect we will have it repaired/rectified/replaced by the manufacturer or its official distributor, as per their terms and conditions. Repaired or replaced items will be shipped back to the customer via economy roadfreight at no cost. 

In isolated instances, we will refund an item for exchange for another product on our website, or as a credit for your account.
